1. Visiting BoholDirectory.Info (BDI) or using any of its service means you agree to this Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please leave the site immediately.

2. Using BDI is 100% FREE. BDI won't charge you anything in using any of its service.

3. When you visit BDI you leave internet footprints, like your IP address and browser information. These properties are inherent to the technology. BDI may collect these information for statistical and performance tuning purposes.

4. BDI requires Javascript and cookies for its functionality to work. By visiting BDI, you allow the site to store cookies in your computing device for its usage. These cookies are soley used by BDI to facilitate web services and nothing else.

5. When using BDI, it is implied that you observe proper netiquette. Denial of service attacks, hacking, data hoarding and other malicious activities will not be tolerated. BDI may ban you indefinitely from entering the site including your entire ISP.

6. BDI usage is regulated. Use your access wisely. So if BDI occassionally gives you certain outage messages, that will most likely mean you're usage is starting to get excessive.

7. BDI is prone to technical issues, just like any other site. From time-to-time BDI may not be responsive or becomes offline while resolving certain issues or while techies are servicing the site.

8. What You See Is What You Get. BDI does not guarantee all information listed are 100% accurate. As end users, it is your responsibility in assessing information accuracy and in using the information BDI provides appropriately and wisely.

9. BDI encourages you send notice via email whenever you find inaccuracies in our listing. Suggestions, listing additions are most welcome.

10. BDI shall not be liable for whatever damages, cost incurred, and other problems you may get from using the site and its information. Use BDI at your own risk.

11. All data, text, electronic or traditional correspondence, and multi-media you submit to BDI will automatically become property of BDI. It will not be returned to you.

12. BDI is in no way affiliated with the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), Cruztelco, or Globe Telecommunications Company. Names and logos of companies/entities mentioned in BDI are copyright and properties of their resptective owners.

13. BDI does not provide delisting service.

14. BDI does not provide technical assistance to end users.

16. BDI reserves the right to amend this Terms of Service with or without prior notice.
